I serve as a catalyst to help move from survival to significance in their careers.

I am a Career Coach and Strategist, working with individuals seeking help with career exploration, or mid-career transition / professional rediscovery. I work with people one-to-one and in groups, acting as a coach / mentor to develop and empower others professionally and personally.

I've provided coaching to empower clients to develop and implement strategies toward reaching their goals, and consulting on best practices in proven disciplines for effectively targeting and finding a job. I've provided assistance in confirming and adjusting career goals, aspirations, and direction for a wide range of clients. I have been most affirmed for individual coaching and mentoring, collaborative leadership, and empathetic listening.

I'm a Certified Professional Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Over thirty years’ experience in a diverse spectrum that includes Information Technology; team leadership; management and human resources; solution sales; marketing; and creative development (vision, ideas, and projects). Cross-functional team leadership focused on clients, business partners, and Industry / market segments; he has developed marketing strategies, messaging, and demand generation campaigns.

Extensive experience in solution-oriented marketing and selling around building a value proposition for the client. Experience with clients includes individuals, small business, large enterprises in the Midwest and across the U.S., and cross-functional / cross-border teaming internationally including Canada, Latin America, Europe, South Africa, India, and China. What's the Resolution in Your Personal Brand?

I had the privilege of presenting to our local "Indy North" Business and Professional Exchange group a while back. We talked about the concept of personal branding and using self-assessment to bring clarity to one's "brand", toward more effective networking and marketing oneself to target employers. I reviewed a few well-known assessment instruments and how they can help bring personal attributes and characteristics to light.
